Resentile East Africa is a factory producing tiles using a mold of plastic and sand and is located in industrial area Kampala. We were appointed as Quality Assurance Consultants (QAC) and Mechanical/Electrical Engineers on the project.
Our role was to supervise and monitor the M&E installation, provide advice for developing a management system for mobilization, organization and control of various materials, resources in the production process. Our QAC was not limited to construction but also extended to the factory operation phase.
