Project summary:

State of the art apartment block in Mutungu Kampala with modern contemporary Architecture that is not common in Kampala. The apartments are 8 with a swimming pool on the roof terrace. Completed in December of 16, the development has a fully functional swimming pool and gym. As mechanical and electrical engineers; we designed, super- vised and commissioned the electrical services (including lighting, small power, voice and data, fire detection, dstv instal- lation power reticulation, electric fence, CCTV, lightning protec- tion and generator sizing) and mechanical services (including water supply, drainage, swimming pool services, air condition, and fire fighting).
