Project summary:

The apartments are top of range luxurious furnished apartments located at the shores of Lake Victoria. On plot 10 is an apartment block with 9 units, with a gym, swim- ming pool, care taker apartment, a gazebo. The units have in- dividual energy meters, water meters, with a generator for the entire complex and are fully air conditioned.Plot 12 like Plot 10, was also completed and fully occupied with similar amenities. Plot 8 is slightly different from the develop- ments on plot 10 and 12. It is special in that it has a suspended pool, which we designed and is soon due for testing and com- missioning. The apartment block on plot 8 has 16 apartments all fully air conditioned, with individual energy meters fitted with a generator. As mechanical and electrical engineers; we designed and mon- itored and supervised the electrical services (including lighting, small power, voice and data, fire detection, power reticulation, electric fence, lightning protection and generator sizing) and mechanical services (including water supply, drainage, swim- ming pool services, air condition and fire fighting).
